The Site provides access to iVote a non-partisan website/application with respondents completing surveys about social and current affairs, covering topics such as the presidential elections, Issues, topics, advertising, consumer goods. Responders will receive information from participating organizations, providers of products or services, and then receive additional promotional materials for and other information about those products and services from those providers (the "Service"). Such providers that are participating in the Service may be referred to as "Providers". When responders register, we ask them a few basic questions, such as verifying demographic information, such as regional location, non-minor status, and age. You should read this notice in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions for this website/application which can be found on the iVote website/application.
iVote collects the following data from users of this website/application:
1. PROFILE DATA
This is information that you provide when you register and create a profile with iVote. It includes your user ID; a contact email address and other information that you provide during the profile set-up process. Please keep in mind that the goal of the Service is to create an online interactive polling platform offering contests and sweepstakes, access to a collection of polling resources, including various communication tools, forums, services, personalized content, which may be accessed through a marketplace where you can enter contests and sweepstakes for interacting with Providers of goods and services in which you are interested and from whom you may receive promotional information for and other information about those goods and services. The Service offers quality-polling entertainment that will reward you within the iVote Network to find service providers that match your interests. In order to do this, we will need to collect certain information from or about you and share that information with Providers. Providers may require additional information from or about you as well. Depending on the type of products or services in which you are interested, this information may include certain financial information. Thus, while we respect your privacy, the very nature of the Service involves our collection of personal information, disclosure of that information to third parties and communications to you from us and/or third parties. 2. CONFIGURATION DATA
If you have enabled cookies setting on your browser, then iVote will collect information relating to the navigation within our network. This information will be used to run iVote tracking system and transmitted back to advertisers, partners and data aggregators. This information is used to identify which issues and products are relevant to you and to profile the community so that we can focus development and marketing efforts on common ad server configurations. This configuration data includes:
The version and basic configuration options of the ad server; and
Type and version information about other software which iVote application depends on, including: the web server, PHP and MySQL .NET.
Browser type, geography, connection type, operating system and other information regarding your computer.
3. COMMUNITY INTELLIGENCE DATA
The iVote community is made up of websites, applications, advertisers, sponsors, and partners who use the iVote software to create, promote, manage and deliver online content, and ad campaigns ("iVote").
If you have enabled your 'User Account' in the iVote software, then iVote also collects information relating to your use of the iVote software to create and maintain your ad serving history (" Community Intelligence Data "). This Community Intelligence Data includes:
- If you are a user - statistical information about your personal ad serving and the ad campaigns that you have seen; and
- If you are an advertiser - statistical information about the ad campaigns that you deliver.
- If you are a affiliate- statistical information about your referrals ad serving and the ad campaigns that you run and viewed by your referral.
This information combines total users' Community Intelligence Data to publish aggregate statistical information about the iVote Community so for example, as a service, we may share aggregate Community Intelligence Data with the iVote Community to let them know how many ads are served in the community and which ads were used by iVote users.
4. WEBSITE DATA
iVote collects data regarding anonymous visitors to the iVote website/application including the following:
- The IP address of the user's computer (which may include a domain name);
- The referring URL (if any); and
- Details of the Internet browser software used by the user to view the iVote website/application (s).
Further, if you use the online "User Account" feature of the website/application, we collect your name, address, city, postal code, country, phone number, email , Date of Birth, and other self reported information.
We use your personal information to manage your online profile, send you details of updates and other general communications. If you have indicated that you wish to receive such information, then we may also send you information about new products and/or services that iVote provides. You can opt-out of receiving future marketing material by changing the relevant setting in your iVote profile or by contacting us via support@ivote.com.
We will employ the services of third parties to help us in certain areas, Users, Affiliates, Sponsors, Advertisers, and Partners, such as website hosting, third party marketing, software, services and third party resellers. In these cases, the third party will receive your information, for which you must provide your consent by clicking the consent box after you have read this Privacy Policy.
Once you submit the initial Personal Information and any other information that we require for use of the Service, we may retain and use that information for several purposes related to the Service, including:
The hosted version of the iVote Network software platform is hosted by a third parties located in the United States of America, Costa Rica, Europe, and Canada. If iVote provides you with the hosted access, we may transfer some of your information to this third party and all parties that are subscribe to that regional community. By submitting your information to this website in order to receive the hosted version and by ticking the consent box after having read this Privacy Policy, you consent to such transfers taking place.
Children are not eligible to use our web site and services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us.
Your earnings are kept confidential. It is your responsibility to report any winnings to the appropriate authorities. We do not use your information for purposes other than those for which it was originally intended.

Visitors who use the Site or the Service and reside outside the Canada do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
